What happens if I go over my storage limit?
New uploads are blocked once you hit your quota — your existing files are never touched or deleted. Upgrade or free up space and uploads resume immediately.
What counts against my transfer limit?
Only downloads through share links you send to other people. Your own downloads from your dashboard never count, and never affect anyone's access to their own files.
Can I switch plans or billing intervals anytime?
Yes, from the Billing page in your account. Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If your usage is above the new plan's limit, you just can't upload new files until you're back under it.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes — encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't yet offer zero-knowledge end-to-end encryption (where we ourselves can't read your files), which is on the roadmap.
