How the pool works
One pool
Your company will have a single pool of storage. Everyone's files will count against it, so there is no per-person quota to manage and no unused space stranded in someone else's account.
Shared access or a dedicated allocation
A team will be able to get access to the whole shared pool, or a dedicated allocation carved out of it that only that team can use. Allocations can't exceed the pool: they will always add up to no more than its size.
Seats
Teams will include 25 users. Every user after that will be $10.99 a month, or $92.99 a year on annual billing, billed with the subscription. Teams Free will be five users and won't be able to add more.
